Driving School
I recently got my first speeding ticket, bummer; I had a good streak going. I had to get the most expensive lawyer in town ($150), pay court costs ($165) and go to driving school. $365 dollars later I found myself sitting in a classroom wasting half of my Saturday in an "Alive at 25" class ($50). As always I left my house late and had to risk getting another speeding ticket to get to driving school on time. I got to SCC the college that I attend every day and for the life of me I did not know where Meyer 115 was. So of course I was already running late and I parked like a mile away from where Meyer was. I was practically running in the rain with both of my hands full; I had my nalgene full of water, a cup of coffee and I was on my cell phone, not to mention all of the papers I was holding for the class. The Need for slow speed.
12:30PM EST...The volitility of the DJIA(as all tohers) seems really large these days. Ot makes it really hard to set a good Stop/Loss value. For example, last Friday(12/4/2009), the range for the YMZ9 as from 10300 to 10509, opening at 10352 and closing at 10400(amost midpoint of the range). On godd-old Black Friday, the range was from 10116 to 10467! My logic seems to be completely backwards as to what I think the market would do this past year. I really diod not think that increasing the unemployeement rate to 10.2% would mean the Stock Market would get as high as it has so far theis jear(DJIA currently at 10412)
